Job Description
Responsible to oversee & coordinate for Freight Forwarding, Vessel Bookings & other activities related to Global RoRo Ocean shipments for the assigned regions/markets.
Position will also include Planning, Executions, Negotiations with External & Internal stake holders.
Should be a primary point of contact/ subject matter expert to handle assigned tasks for the given region/markets.
Display proficiency in Operational & Technology functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain & update New Dealer profiles, Master data maintenance in GLADS.
- Vessel Booking Process - Co-ordinate with all related stake holders and booking of VIN's in the system.
- Process Re Invoicing with related functions.
- Compliance & Support Activities, conduct internal audits on accuracy of Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and other documents.
- Compliance with Laws, Rules & Regulations, to ensure shipments are inline with US Export control laws and regulations.
- Ensure tracking country specific statutory requirements, port inspections specifications.
- Process Re Invoicing & Re-Exports with related functions.
- To handle vessel booking process for sea shipments from US to Mexico
- Collaborate with Plants & team for market specific requirements.
- Freight Payment Support - Receive/Approve invoices from Carriers & Forward to accounts payables.
- Special Shipments handling (Prototype / Dealer demo) - Freight forwarding and documentation activities.
- To handle EUR 1 Process & Spot Buy process
- Handling Container Shipments process
Qualifications
Any Engineering Graduate with Excellent Logistics, Customs and Distribution Background.
