Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, costs, cash flows, and unit economics
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling outlooks
Track and analyze business performance vs plan, identifying risks and opportunities
Deep-dive into performance marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort behavior, and payback periods
Partner with growth, marketing, and business teams to improve ROI and capital allocation
Prepare concise, high-impact dashboards and presentations for leadership and investors
Support ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses for growth initiatives and experiments
Leverage data from analytics platforms and databases to enhance accuracy and speed of insights
Candidate Profile
24 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or similarly analytical roles
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Solid grasp of unit economics, KPIs, and business performance analysis
Familiarity with performance marketing and growth funnels is a significant plus
Working knowledge of data platforms (e.g., SQL) is an added advantage
Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated track record of excellence
High ownership, go-getter mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights
