About The Job And Key Responsibilities

You will become a part of a team of 12 Finance Business Partners. You will work closely with the head of several Business Units and you will be responsible for driving finance and financial processes, including performance management and any M&A business cases, for the relevant Business Units.

As our Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in partnering with various departments within EG to provide financial expertise, analysis, and strategic insights to drive business performance and decision-making. You will therefore have a significant influence on creating the right discussions in the Business Unit and thus achieving the strategic goals.

Some of your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Business Unit through all tasks in the annual financial cycle, such as monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the financial aspect of the strategy process
  • Implementation of performance management methods and processes, including providing input for the development of relevant measures
  • Participation in M&A activities, particularly the implementation of acquisitions
  • Ownership of financial processes in the Business Unit, including serving as a point of contact between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, and drive efficiency in financial operations.

Are you the one we are looking for

To be successful in the role, it is important that you:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience /working as a Finance Business Partner in a global organization / in a finance/ FP&A team / similar role
  • Have a Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Management Accounting or similar.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a dynamic business environment.
  • Work independently as well as in teams to create valuable results and achieve strategic goals.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, to ensure successful collaboration with your many stakeholders.
