Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst from Pharma Industry to join our Data Analytics Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing data stewardship for Monthly/Quarterly Master Data Management Processes
- Maintenance of data and Business rules based on Pharma market, dataset Knowledge and client specific requirements
- Sharing error free Monthly/Quarterly reports to the various stakeholders
- Perform Rapid Ad hoc analysis on the available datasets to answer senior management queries with a short turnaround time
- Create new analysis/visualizations on Microsoft Office suite/Qlik Sense/Power BI/Tableau
- Build a strong communication channel with the client with a mindset to take ownership of tasks provided to you.
- Sharing ideas with clients regarding constant process enhancements
- Building client relationships and take the engagement forward
- Can lead a team to ensure timely delivery, address data quality issues, such as data gaps or biases in underlying data sets, as well as their impact on reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Pharma discipline
- 2-4 years of experience working with Pharma Data Sets and Therapy Area
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in one or more of the tools: Excel/VBA, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense), Database management tools (SSMS/MySQL)
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Can do attitude and ability to take initiative
- Expertise in data visualization, data analysis, and automation.
- Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Prior experience with datasets like IQVIA MIDAS Monthly/Quarterly sales, IQVIA Prescription Data, IQVIA Channel Dynamics, Evaluate Pharma
- Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI, and Excel VBA
- Data analysis: SQL, Python, and R
