Senior Analyst

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Senior Analyst Roles and responsibilities:

• Participate in designing/redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, web-page mock-ups, infographics, brochures, and other forms of visual communication including design conceptualization using adobe creative suite for both print and digital media

• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project

• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and guidelines of the client

• Manage seamless delivery to ensure client deliverables meet both SLA and quality threshold

Technical and Functional Skills

• Bachelors Degree withmandatory 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience

• Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs. Oversee usage of new techniques and processes to provide best quality of designs

• Expert knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Good knowledge of Graphic & User Design principles, standards, and concepts

• Have a thorough understanding of typography and printing.

• Client interfacing ability with confidence
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client
• Experience of UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, Axure, Figma

• Experience in User Experience Design

• After Effects and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage
