Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Web Developer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining functional, high-performance, and responsive web applications using core front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Development: Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications and components primarily using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Responsive Design: Ensure all web projects are fully responsive and compatible across a variety of browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to internal coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex front-end issues and bugs in existing and new applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and project managers to gather requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Optimization: Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for web components and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in Web Development.
- Core Technologies (Must-Have):
- Expert proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS is a plus).
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and the ability to write vanilla JS.
- Hands-on experience with a client-side library like jQuery is highly desirable.
- Framework/Library Experience (Good to Have): Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a significant advantage.
- Design & Standards: Solid understanding of responsive design principles, web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
