Senior Analyst

Job Description for SA:

Knowledge of LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System.

Coordinate & assist in routine breakdown & preventive maintenance of infrastructure & BMS equipments / activities

Facility upkeep & inventory management for electromechanical consumables

Day to day technical infrastructure operations which includes &/but is not limited to
o
Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects and renovations.
o
Performs key role in the oversight of Electrical & HVAC maintenance and building operations (Facility upkeep, coordinate repairs & maintenance, UPS & PAC monitoring, Checking & monitoring CCTV and Access control system functionality, Data Center upkeep, Vendor & AMC Management, Documentation & reporting, Develop & carry out Preventive maintenance as per schedule)

Liaison with Building authorities, AMC vendors & other service providers to monitor and coordinate during outages & upkeep of Infrastructure Services

Good knowledge on MS excel, word, power point, Visio.

Good communication, interpersonal & people management skills

Should work independently and ensure smooth operations

Should be able to manage a team of BMS technicians & electrician

Assists with oversight of preventative maintenance program and recommends new preventive maintenance items.

Coordinates inspections to insure compliance with codes and safety regulations.

On-call for building emergencies.

Interacts with building occupants resolving day to day maintenance problems.

Coordinates security systems and/or safety programs.

Implementation of inventory system for equipment and supplies.

Should open to work in rotational shifts
Total Experience: 03 to 04 Years. (01 to 02 years relevant experience)
Education criteria: Diploma/BE (In Electrical Engineering is preferable.)
