We're seeking someone to join our Data Analytics, Visualization & Business Intelligence global team as a Data & Analytics Engineer in the TEDRA super Department to be responsible for providing complex data analytics solutions for users across Fixed Income and Equities.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.
This is a Data & Analytics Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist data analysis and expertise that drives decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machines learning and AI-based techniques.

What you'll do in the role:
- Work with key stakeholders across different business areas such as Sales and Trading, Finance Controllers, Operations, Legal and Compliance to discuss requirements for new reporting or business intelligence applications.
- Work on BI analytics and visualization solutions using tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and other BI solutions
- Work on key regulatory reporting initiatives (i.e. Volcker Metrics, Market Access Rule, urgent data inquiries)
- Work with Business Analysts to on-board/analyze new applications/flow into the different systems.
- You will investigate innovative solutions and design them, while collaborating with partner teams throughout the Technology division.
- Implement complex reports, data extracts to give the business transparency on any trade related activities.
- Direct business support and some production support, including data issue investigation and performance tuning
- Provide End of Day Trading Support during weekdays for Europe as well as some weekend product support when required.
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Very strong analytical skill and documentation skills.
- Strong Database skills with SQL, such as DB2, Sybase, Greenplum, Snowflake
- Strong BI Analytics skills such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau or other similar report development technologies, in creating accurate and professional reports
- Strong data manipulation and data reconciliation skills using programing language, such as Python.
- Solid communication skills & excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
- Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
