This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:Collaborate with the Direct Mail Lead to define the DM calendar, prioritize projects, and ensure seamless campaign coordination.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Implement robust attribution measurement methodologies (MTA, Matchback) to accurately assess campaign impact.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the long-term impact of DM spend on the business, including influence on account originations.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management & Reporting:
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from inception to deployment and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain robust data collection and analysis processes to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics/Marketing Analytics/Sales Analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Skills:

  • SQL (Advanced) 4+ years of hands-on experience
  • Tableau 4+ years of hands-on experience
  • Python (preferred)
