Description:
We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns and delivering measurable business results across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, SaaS, or healthcare industries.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for maximum ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, segmentation, and pacing across multiple platforms
- Use A/B testing, ad experimentation, and performance insights to enhance campaign efficiency and scale results
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking setups via Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, and data layers
- Ensure accurate event tracking, conversion setups, and custom event implementation based on campaign goals
- Collaborate with development/tech teams to validate data layers and resolve tracking issues or discrepancies
- Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Maintain accurate measurement through UTMs, pixel implementations, and event-based tracking frameworks
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and development teams to align messaging and campaign objectives
- Interface directly with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements, present updates, and offer strategic guidance
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, ad formats, and targeting advancements
- (Optional) Manage or support Amazon Ads and Programmatic platforms such as DV360
- Utilize automation tools such as Optmyzr to drive efficiency where needed
- Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams potential mentoring responsibilities depending on capability and scope
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of hands-on PPC campaign management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio
- Advanced Google Tag Manager expertise-including tag creation, triggers, event tracking, and QA processes
- Solid understanding of measurement frameworks, conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel analysis
- Experience managing search, display, video, retargeting, lead generation, and awareness campaigns
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and client-facing interaction
