Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics and drivers across the organization
  • Design and build centralized business intelligence platforms for internal data consumption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support across customer lifecycle initiatives (acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, retention)
  • Write programming code or partner with developers/DBAs to structure and prepare data for analysis
  • Perform data modeling, validation, and in-depth analysis for both standard and ad hoc requests
  • Support the setup and execution of measurement plans based on Design of Experiment (DoE) methodologies
  • Ensure data integrity and clarity in presenting findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • 36 years of experience in a data analytics role
  • Proficient in querying relational databases using SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
  • Experience in programming with Python
  • Exposure to:
  • Text analytics
  • Amplitude or Omniture datasets
  • Call center analytics
  • Geo-location analytics
