Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics and drivers across the organization
Design and build centralized business intelligence platforms for internal data consumption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support across customer lifecycle initiatives (acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, retention)
Write programming code or partner with developers/DBAs to structure and prepare data for analysis
Perform data modeling, validation, and in-depth analysis for both standard and ad hoc requests
Support the setup and execution of measurement plans based on Design of Experiment (DoE) methodologies
Ensure data integrity and clarity in presenting findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics
36 years of experience in a data analytics role
Proficient in querying relational databases using SQL
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
