What You'll Do
Requirements
We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Principal Asset Management team. In this role, you'll make key data & metrics easily consumable for data-driven decision-making. Capture, format, and present data and business context to build meaningful numeric and graphical summaries. Function as a data domain guide, establishing data standards & requirements with data engineers. You will:
- Build & maintain data aggregation processes and dashboards, crafting interactive and compelling visual, numeric, and written summaries.
- Train & mentor business users on BI tools.
- Promote data literacy and a self-serve culture across the enterprise.
- Analyze business intelligence data to advise business and product decisions
- Blend historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses.
- Partner with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.

Qualifications
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or Quantitative field with 4-6 years of related work experience
- Good programming skills in Python and SQL
- Good understanding of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS

- You are comfortable trying new things and being able to work independently within a collegial structure
- You enjoy asking questions, expressing opinions, and actively engaging in internal discussions regarding business operations, processes and products.
- Demonstrable work experience in Alteryx, like workflow creation, data pipeline automation, data transformation, using data connectors, customizing the tool to incorporate Python / SQL scripts seamlessly
- Completed Alteryx, PowerBI Certification
