Senior Analyst - Active Directory & IAM

Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including forests, domains, trusts, replication, and sites.

Design and manage Group Policies (GPOs) for security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management.

Troubleshoot issues related to AD replication, authentication, DNS, DHCP, and GPO conflicts.

Manage identity lifecycle including provisioning, de-provisioning, and user/group administration.

Support AD Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity solutions.

Administer DNS, DHCP, PKI (Certificate Services), LDAP, and Kerberos authentication.

Develop and execute Disaster Recovery and Backup strategies for AD infrastructure.

Conduct health checks, audits, patching, and compliance reviews.

Collaborate with security teams for AD hardening, vulnerability remediation, and best practices.

Integrate AD with cloud platforms and enterprise applications (e.g., Office 365, Azure AD, SaaS).

Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting and manage SSH keys.

Design and implement IAM/security architectures for complex enterprise environments.

General

Hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions including Ping MFA, SSO, Ping ID SaaS, and application migration.

Manage release cycles, troubleshoot workflows, and support password management systems.

Collaborate with infrastructure teams on network, database, and OS-level integration (Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX).

8+ years of experience in IAM and Active Directory administration.

Strong knowledge of LDAP, Kerberos, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and authentication protocols.

Experience with Azure AD, ADFS, and hybrid identity environments.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SSH key management, and automation.

Familiarity with Ping Identity tools and SSO/MFA configurations.

Understanding of network infrastructure, database (SQL Server), and operating systems.

Experience in designing IAM/security architectures for large-scale environments.

Knowledge of PKI, certificates, MFA, and SSO technologies.

Exposure to SIEM/SOC tools for monitoring and incident response.

Preferred Qualifications

Ping ID (MFA/SSO) Certification.

Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.

Experience with Azure AD Conditional Access, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.

Experience with Ping Identity, Omada or other IAM platforms.

Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and modern identity security frameworks
