Senior Analyst

About the Role

Acclime is seeking a Senior Analyst (3–5 years experience) to support its growing Life Sciences & Healthcare consulting practice. The role focuses on pre-sales, market research, and implementation support, working closely with global clients across Pharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, and Healthcare sectors.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of research, business development, and consulting delivery.

Designation: Senior Analyst - Life Sciences and Healthcare/Consulting

CTC: upto 9 lakhs per annum

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales, Lead Generation & Proposal Development

• Generate and qualify pre-sales leads through structured research and database building
• Develop consulting proposals, pitch decks, and solution frameworks
• Build strong value propositions aligned to client需求 and market opportunities
• Support scope definition, commercial structuring, and engagement planning
• Draft personalized outreach messages and support international pre-sales campaigns

International Business Development

• Identify and profile global Pharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, and Healthcare companies
• Build pipelines for India & Southeast Asia market entry opportunities
• Map key stakeholders (CXOs, Strategy, BD, International Expansion teams)
• Support outreach and engagement activities

Market Research & Opportunity Assessment

• Conduct market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM) using top-down and bottom-up approaches
• Perform PESTLE, SWOT, and competitive benchmarking
• Support market entry screening including product-market fit and regulatory pathways
• Leverage primary and secondary research to generate insights

Project Delivery & Implementation Support

• Support execution of consulting engagements across market entry & GTM projects
• Assist in client deliverables, reports, and presentations
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Support implementation activities such as partner identification and distributor evaluation

Data & Knowledge Development

• Build and maintain industry databases using primary and secondary sources
• Track trends across Life Sciences, MedTech, and Healthcare markets

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in market research and pre-sales roles
• Exposure to Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Healthcare sectors
• Strong experience in proposal writing and pre-sales database management
• Experience in lead generation, stakeholder mapping, or business development support
• Understanding of market entry and go-to-market frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM (Life Sciences preferred)
• Experience working in pre-sales
• Exposure to full market research reports
