Role Description

  • Lead analog and power IC design activities across full product development cycles
  • Perform hands-on block-level design from specification to tape-out for key analog blocks including:
  • Bandgap references
  • LDOs and switching regulators
  • Temperature sensors
  • High-voltage gate drivers
  • Comparators and precision amplifiers
  • Collaborate closely with layout teams, providing layout guidelines and conducting post-layout / extracted simulations
  • Create and maintain design documentation for architecture, design reviews, and milestone sign-offs
  • Execute block-level and top-level mixed-signal simulations to ensure compliance with datasheet specifications
  • Support silicon debug and characterization as required

Job Requirements

  • BSEE required (MSEE preferred) or equivalent qualification
  • 58 years of hands-on industry experience in Analog / Power IC design
  • Strong design experience in multiple areas such as:
  • Precision amplifiers
  • Bandgap references
  • LDOs and switching regulators
  • DACs
  • System-level simulations
  • Proven design experience in CMOS / BiCMOS technologies
  • Experience with small-geometry BCD processes is a strong plus
  • Advanced working knowledge of Cadence mixed-signal tools and parasitic extraction flows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with layout, verification, and system teams
