About the Role 

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who's comfortable working across both static design and video. Someone who enjoys turning ideas into visuals, understands how brands should look and move, and cares about doing good work. 

At Decision Pinnacle, we don't blindly follow briefs. We spend time understanding what the brand actually needs, question things that don't make sense, and build creative that feels thoughtful and effective. You'll work closely with the team to create design and video content that's clear, well-crafted, and delivered on time. 

What You'll Be Doing 

● Designing brand and marketing creatives across digital platforms 

● Editing videos for campaigns, social media, and digital content 

● Creating motion graphics and short-form videos when needed 

● Helping shape how a brand looks and feels across touchpoints 

● Designing pitch decks and presentations 

● Working on website and UI visuals 

● Exploring AI tools and new ways of creating visuals (where relevant) 

● Occasionally working on illustrations or story-driven visuals 

What We're Looking For 

● 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and video editing 

● Strong hands-on skills with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro / After Effects. Ability to leverage AI tools will be a plus 

● A good eye for layout, typography, colour, and motion 

● Someone who understands pacing and storytelling in video 

● Comfortable handling work independently but happy to collaborate 

● Open to feedback and willing to improve their work 

● Curious about new tools, formats, and ideas 

A formal design degree is nice to have, but not mandatory. We care more about how you think and what you've made.
