About the Role
We're looking for a visually-driven, detail-oriented Creative Producer to join our content team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes culture, knows how to turn a brief into compelling visual stories, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Also knows how to develop individual brand sensibilities. You'll lead the creative execution of campaigns and content—from moodboarding and pre-prod to shoot day and post. Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Visual Ideation
- Interpret brand briefs and co-lead creative ideation across campaigns, content series, and social-first formats.
- Define the visual language, format, and creative approach for each project or brand.
- Develop treatment decks, creative boards, and visual references that guide internal and external teams.
Strategy & Production Planning & Oversight
- Lead strategy and planning across shoots—supplemented with research, insights and real industry finds.
- Ensure creative is rooted in purpose, not just polish.
- Oversee in-person shoots to ensure visual cohesion, creative fidelity, and brand alignment.
- Work closely with post production team lead to ensure best output.
Brand & Content Ownership
- Deeply understand each brand's persona, tone, and aesthetic to ensure content feels intuitive and native.
- Define and uphold the brand's visual identity across content touchpoints—social, digital, or offline.
Platform Fluency & Trends
- Stay ahead of evolving content formats, platform-specific best practices, and cultural trends.
- Propose thumb-stopping ideas and agile creative formats that feel fresh—not formulaic.
- Experiment with new mediums (e.g. lo-fi video, motion graphics, AI content tools) to keep output innovative.
