About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled AI Training Data Engineer (DevOps & Backend Specialist) to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems.
In this role, you will design high-quality training data for reinforcement learning models, helping shape how intelligent AI agents learn, reason, and perform complex engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Design and document real-world DevOps and backend engineering scenarios for AI training
- Develop benchmark tasks to evaluate AI agent performance
- Write, review, and rank code solutions (Python, Bash, Infrastructure-as-Code)
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, performance, and coding standards
- Create detailed acceptance criteria and ground-truth solutions
- Contribute to task libraries covering CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with teams to ensure task quality, diversity, and real-world relevance
Required Skills & Qualifications- 38 years of hands-on software engineering experience (preferably in product companies)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with at least one: Bash, Go, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform preferred)
- Familiarity with at least 3 of the following:
- Prometheus & Grafana
- Keycloak / IAM
- gRPC
- k3s / k9s
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- API design principles
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in writing technical documentation, runbooks, or engineering specifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to justify solutions (efficiency, security, scalability)
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
- Prior experience in AI data annotation, RLHF, or technical content creation
