About the Role: As a Senior AI Solution Architect, you will design the technical roadmap for AI integration across the enterprise. You will be responsible for selecting the right model for the right problembalancing performance, cost, and complexity. You will bridge the gap between experimental AI and production software, ensuring that AI features are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated into our existing .NET/Java microservices.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Blueprinting: Design end-to-end AI architectures, including data ingestion, model orchestration (using LangChain), and API delivery.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and select the best tools for each project, choosing between Azure AI Services, OpenAI APIs, or open-source models from Hugging Face.
- Advanced AI Development: Lead the development of high-impact AI components, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and custom fine-tuned models.
- System Integration: Design high-concurrency REST APIs and microservices to connect AI capabilities with legacy and modern applications (C#, Java, JavaScript).
- Technical Governance: Set the coding standards for the AI team and provide deep-dive technical mentorship to Development Engineers.
Qualifications:
1) AI & Framework Mastery:
- LLM Orchestration: Expert in LangChain or LlamaIndex for building complex, multi-step AI workflows.
- Deep Learning: Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch for model training and evaluation.
- Model Hosting: Proficiency in FastAPI or Flask for serving models with low latency.
2) Enterprise Software Engineering:
- Polyglot Integration: Deep understanding of how to integrate Python-based AI services into .NET (C#) and Java (Spring Boot) environments.
- Architecture Patterns: Mastery of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Docker containerization.
- Security: Expertise in securing AI endpoints and ensuring data privacy (GDPR/compliance) within the architecture.
