Katomaran Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Python Developer with Automation Testing expertise to build, test, and deploy high-quality AI-driven applications. This role focuses on developing robust Python-based AI solutions while ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance through strong automated testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications for production.

Build and manage ML pipelines including data processing, training, evaluation, and inference.

Work on AI use cases involving Computer Vision, Video Analytics, NLP, or LLMs.

Develop and maintain automation test frameworks for AI/ML systems.

Write unit, integration, regression, and performance tests for models, APIs, and data pipelines.

Validate model accuracy, consistency, data quality, and performance.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python (4+ years).

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

Solid experience in automation testing using PyTest, unittest, Robot Framework, or similar tools.

Experience in API testing and backend integration (FastAPI/Flask preferred).

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and basic cloud environments.

Ability to design and manage production-grade AI systems (Docker, REST APIs, GPU optimization, etc.).

Nice to Have

Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, or drift detection.

Experience with embedded or edge AI systems.
