Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Python Developer with strong expertise in Python-based AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, optimize, and deploy AI solutions, working closely with product, research, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python.

Work on Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Video Analytics use cases.

Build and optimize data pipelines, model training, and inference workflows.

Implement and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Python code.

Optimize model performance for real-time and edge deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Mentor junior developers and review code for best practices.

Stay updated with the latest AI research and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in Python development.

Strong experience in AI/ML and Deep Learning.

Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.

Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, Scikit-learn.

Experience with Computer Vision / Video Analytics projects.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and model deployment.

Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker.

Ability to work independently and lead AI development tasks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with LLMs, NLP, or GenAI frameworks.

Exposure to Edge AI, NVIDIA Jetson, or embedded platforms.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in startup or product-based environments.
