AI at Spendflo isn't a side project. It's embedded in real procurement workflows and actively used by customers. We're hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to help shape how AI is trusted in real business environments.

Role Overview

You'll work directly with the Founder & Head of Product to co-own AI-powered procurement workflows end-to-end.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who:

• Has shipped AI-powered products in production

• Is comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments

• Can define good enough in probabilistic systems

• Knows when to push forward and when to push back

You won't just ship features. You'll shape judgment.

What You'll Do

• Own AI-driven procurement workflows from discovery to delivery

• Define quality thresholds and guardrails for AI outputs

• Make hard prioritization decisions under uncertainty

• Partner deeply with engineering and design

• Improve trust and adoption of AI features in production

What Success Looks Like

• AI workflows customers rely on weekly or daily

• Clear prioritization and execution direction for engineering

• Improved trust and adoption of AI features

• Meaningful reduction in manual procurement work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS preferred)

• Experience shipping AI-powered workflows or copilots

• Strong product judgment and tradeoff clarity

• Comfortable operating without heavy structure

• Able to challenge assumptions constructively
