Senior AI Product Manager

About the Role

LeadSquared is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered capabilities across our CRM and marketing automation platform. You will work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering — translating complex AI/ML capabilities into products that customers love.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on product strategy, requiring you to partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to take features from 0→1 and beyond.

What You'll Own

• Define and own the AI product roadmap in alignment with LeadSquared's core platform — spanning lead scoring, AI-assisted outreach, conversation intelligence, and workflow automation.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to take features from concept to launch and iterate post-launch.
• Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and usage analytics to prioritize the highest-impact bets.
• Write clear, detailed PRDs and acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning and backlog grooming with engineering teams.
• Define success metrics, set up tracking, and own data-driven iteration after launch.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and evangelize the AI roadmap across teams and leadership.

Must Have

• 4–6 years of end-to-end product management experience in B2B or B2C products
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI or ML-powered products or features
• Technical background — CS/engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, model evaluation, and prompt engineering concepts
• Strong PRD writing, roadmapping, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI agent frameworks
• Prior work in CRM, SaaS, or sales-tech domain
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Exposure to working with data science or ML engineering teams
• Experience with SQL or basic scripting for data analysis
