- Product Strategy and Plan. Drive yearly planning exercise around our Artificial Intelligence Transformation offering, articulating the needs / pain points from our clients, how they evolve and how the product responds to these needs and how we differentiate from competitors. You will be supporting the development of a clear architecture for solution; articulation around value pools, use cases and underlying tech/human enablers; and connection with other HCLTech offerings.
- Management and support for go-to-market per Domain. In collaboration with different HCLTECH domain teams, align on Domain priorities and specific GTM plans (incl. customized content needed, specific campaigns, and priority clients)
- IP development. Support development of IP in Tech for genAI and genAI for Tech (e.g. Agent transformation, scaled deployment of genAI, physical AI, etc.)
- Strategic analysis and reporting. Put in place relevant KPIs and help track business progress and IP development
- Product Governance. Support the leadership team in setting up and orchestrating the right governance, prepare and animate the regular meetings / calls associated with Build and Roll Out
- Prioritization and Backlog Management. Help teams align on priorities, based on the plan and manage the backlog of activities to support the development of our offer; as well as communication, marketing and Go To Market activities (internally and externally)
- Product Development. In collaboration with experts and knowledge teams, contribute where relevant to the development and dissemination of the AI Transformation offer.
- Product Marketing and Communication. Together with the leadership team and marketing teams, develop product narrative, as well as communication plan and contribute to its execution.
- Sales and Execution Support. Contribute to relevant plans to build necessary capabilities internally (or externally) to best support the offer execution; partner with proposal teams to bring the best of BCG and support training and enablement of our teams.
- Labs Operations: Own the content development, Content Update in the labs
- Customer Meetings: Be the techno functional expert to present the solution and offering to customers
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline. A strong academic foundation in AI, machine learning, or data science is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Strategy, or Product Management would be advantageous.
Professional Experience:
- 13+ years of experience in product management, strategy development, or business operations, with a focus on AI transformation or technology-driven product offerings.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and driving go-to-market strategies for AI/technology solutions across various domains such as Finance (I2P, O2C, R2R, SCM, Procurement)
- Hands-on experience with the development and scaling of AI products and platforms, particularly in GenAI, Agentic Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property (IP) development in technology and AI-related solutions, with the ability to drive innovation and manage IP assets.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic plans for technology products, including setting KPIs, tracking business progress, and managing product governance processes.
- Experience with backlog management and aligning teams on product priorities, ensuring smooth execution of development activities.
- Product marketing experience, including creating narratives, communication plans, and contributing to the execution of successful marketing and sales strategies for AI products.
- Exposure to working in customer-facing roles and being a techno-functional expert to present and support product offerings, as well as managing relationships with key clients.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical acumen in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and related technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of business strategy and operations.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategies, including campaign management, client targeting, and customized content creation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage complex backlogs and handle product development, marketing, and sales activities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-facing materials.
- Leadership skills, with experience managing teams, setting direction, and fostering a collaborative environment across technical and business functions.
- Client relationship management, with the ability to engage clients at a strategic level and deliver tailored solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Proficiency with project management tools and AI development platforms, as well as a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
