Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and exposure to LLMs and Generative AI, with the ability to translate business problems into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for complex business use cases.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and optimization.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines integrated with production systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Deploy and monitor ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets at scale.
- Apply best practices for model evaluation, performance monitoring, and retraining.
- Contribute to LLM-based and Generative AI solutions (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings advantage).
- Document models, experiments, and system designs.
- Stay updated with latest AI/ML advancements and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
- Strong expertise in:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- NLP frameworks
- Hands-on experience with:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Hugging Face (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
- Experience deploying ML models on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Exposure to RAG pipelines, vector databases, or embeddings.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
