Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions using advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves working with Azure OpenAI, Claude, and cloud-native data platforms to build impactful solutions, primarily in the healthcare domain. You will lead AI initiatives end-to-end and collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI applications.

Must-Have Skills:

• 610+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineering.
• Experience in large enterprise or MNC environments.
• Generative AI and RAG architecture expertise.
• Prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• EDA, data preparation, and machine learning (Clustering, PCA, Trees).
• Python for end-to-end pipelines.
• Git-based version control.
• Streamlit or Dash application development.
• Azure Cognitive Services.
• Snowflake or Databricks for scalable data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI and data science projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to generate insights.
• Build and deploy Generative AI applications using RAG architectures.
• Develop document automation and intelligent retrieval pipelines.
• Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) for enterprise use cases.
• Build interactive apps and dashboards using Streamlit or Dash.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
• Maintain production-ready code using Python and Git.
• Work on cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK.
• NLP use cases such as text classification and sentiment analysis.
• ReAct or function-calling agent architectures.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or biotech exposure.
• Data governance and compliance knowledge.
• Data visualization and storytelling experience.
