dynamic Senior AI Engineers to join
tsworks AI Research team for cutting-edge Generative AI projects across Banking, Retail, Healthcare, and Supply Chain industries. Work
hybrid (3 days onsite) to develop, train, validate Large Language Models, build AI agents, and deploy scalable ML solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/optimize state-of-the-art algorithms including Generative AI models
- Train custom LLMs - select, fine-tune, and prompt engineer for specific tasks
- Build AI Agents for industry-specific automation and decision-making
- Create robust model validation frameworks ensuring accuracy/scalability
- Cloud deployment of ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Analyze large-scale datasets for actionable AI/ML insights
- Collaborate on product development integrating AI/ML components
- Contribute to AI research community staying ahead of advancements
Required Technical Skills
- Generative AI: 1+ years LLMs, Multi-Modal, Vision Models
- ML Infrastructure: 2+ years model deployment, evaluation, optimization
- Programming: 4+ years Python/Java/R + data structures/algorithms
- DevOps: Microservices, DevSecOps principles
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP ML platforms
- Experience: Production AI/ML systems
