Experience Requirement

6+ years of total software engineering experience

4–5 years of strong, production-grade Python development

1–1.5 years building real AI/agentic systems (not just experiments-shipped stuff)

WHAT YOU MUST BRING:

Python Core

• Deep Python fundamentals — OOP, async, packaging, testing, performance
• You write clean, idiomatic Python that others enjoy reading

AI & Agentic Frameworks

• Hands-on with agentic frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• You've built multi-step, tool-using AI agents that run in production

ML & Data Concepts

• Solid grasp of ML concepts: model lifecycle, embeddings, RAG, vector stores
• Comfortable working alongside data scientists and ML engineers

FastAPI

• Build and ship performant REST APIs with FastAPI
• Understand async patterns, dependency injection, and API design best practices

Cloud & Tooling

• AWS — deploy and operate AI workloads (Lambda, EC2, S3, SageMaker, or equivalent)
• GitHub — clean branching, PRs, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines
