About The Role - Senior AI Engineer
In this role, you will be a founding member of our
AI Labs team in Bengaluru, shaping the future of enterprise AI. Working alongside a visionary U.S.-based Head of AI Labs, you will design, prototype, and test cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will be at the forefront of the
Agentic AI movement, turning bold proof-of-concepts into platform-ready innovations that redefine how global businesses operate.
What You'll Do
- Design & Prototype: Conduct rapid experimentation to explore new AI opportunities, building and deploying AI/GenAI-powered features that enhance core platform capabilities like quota optimization and sales forecasting.
- Integrate LLMs: Seamlessly embed Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) into our SaaS platform to power intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, and automated report generation.
- Develop Predictive Models: Build and fine-tune ML models for predictive analytics, focusing on attrition risk, attainment forecasting, and gamification insights.
- Optimize & Scale: Collaborate with data engineering and AIOps teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and robust model-serving infrastructure, monitoring production performance for accuracy and fairness.
Must-Have Skills
What We're Looking For
- Core Experience: 6+ years in AI/ML, with at least 1 year of specialized experience in Generative AI or LLMs.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python or Java, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Architecture Knowledge: Proven experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and embedding models.
- Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Domain Expertise: Knowledge of sales performance processes (compensation modeling, quota setting, etc.).
- Innovation Mindset: Experience in a fast-paced innovation lab or startup, with a high comfort level for ambiguity and rapid R&D iteration.
- Responsible AI: Familiarity with data governance, enterprise security protocols, and ethical AI practices.
