Job Description
About the role
You'll join a growing engineering team focused on enabling AI across internal processes, engineering and delivery workflows, and customer-facing products. You'll work hands-on to build AI-powered solutions that automate processes, improve engineering productivity, and solve real customer problems.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building practical AI solutions and taking ownership from development through delivery.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered solutions across internal process automation, engineering and delivery, and customer-facing workflows
- Identify opportunities where AI can automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Build and integrate AI capabilities into engineering and delivery workflows
- Develop customer-focused AI solutions that solve real user and business problems
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and workflows using Python
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand problems and build practical solutions
- Take ownership of AI projects from experimentation and development through production delivery
- Evaluate new AI technologies and tools and identify where they can create meaningful impact
- Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Python
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, automation, or intelligent workflows
- Understanding of applying AI across internal processes, engineering workflows, and customer-facing products
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, and business teams
