We're seeking a Lead Founding AI Engineer who's equally adept at building robust BACKEND AND FRONTEND (python, next.js/react.js) and bootstrapping AI agents using the latest AI development platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP and opensource ecosystems, with a proven track record in building Autonomous AI Agents, leading high-performance technical teams, and translating domain expertise into scalable, intelligent systems. This individual will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and scaling our AI-driven platform across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML or Agentic AI systems
- Deep experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, and RAG/GraphRAG pipelines
- Strong programming expertise in Python (LangChain, Haystack, Fast API), and modern backend frameworks
- Hands-on cloud experience across AWS, Azure, GCP or multi-cloud strategies; familiarity with FinOps is a plus
- Handson experience with AI frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Anthropic, Autogen, Semantic Kernel.
- Proven track record in designing and scaling distributed microservices, serverless functions, and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with AIaugmented developer tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine).
- Strong understanding of cloud billing, performance tuning, telemetry, and cost drivers
- Prior experience building agent orchestration systems, AI copilots, or autonomous workflows preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate vision into scalable systems
