Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who loves building real-world AI systems, not just experiments. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, build, and scale agentic AI and LLM-powered backend services used at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents & copilots using agentic architectures and MCP
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search
• Create scalable backend services using Python and Java
• Use AI coding tools like Cursor and Windsurf to move fast
• Implement prompt engineering, context design, and fallback logic
• Integrate AI with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud services
• Ensure reliability, observability, and cost efficiency in production AI systems

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years delivering AI/LLM solutions in production
• Strong backend skills in Python & Java
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and LLMs
• Knowledge of SQL, Pandas/NumPy, ML fundamentals
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
