Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistics and machine learning, along with hands-on experience in building intelligent systems using modern frameworks. Experience in developing and deploying AI agents and Agentic AI systems using tools like LangChain and LangGraph is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data and improve model accuracy and reliability.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment).
- Develop and deploy AI agents and Agentic AI systems for automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Implement LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Work on multi-agent systems, orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Integrate models and agents into production systems via APIs and scalable architectures.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model and agent performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML roles.
- Strong understanding of statistics (probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, etc.).
- Solid expertise in machine learning algorithms and real-world implementation.
- Strong theoretical and practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents / Agentic AI systems.
- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with REST APIs, model deployment, and scalable systems.
Preferred Qualification (Good To Have)
- Experience with multi-agent architectures and tool usage (tools, memory, planning).
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning).
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
