We are seeking a Senior AI Developer with strong experience in agent-based AI systems. The candidate should have worked on voice agents, multilingual agents, both voice and text, extensive work of RAG, and must have used workflow integrations using n8n or Zapier. You will play a key role in designing, scaling, and deploying AI solutions in the healthcare domain, working closely with product, data, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered voice and email agents.
- Architect and scale RAG pipelines and agentic systems.
- Build multilingual LLM-based solutions.
- Use LangChain, CrewAI, and similar AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI workflows using n8n, Zapier, and automation platforms.
- Optimize performance, cost, and latency for production systems.
- Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decisions.
Requirements
- B. Tech in CS / AI / Data Science or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in AI / Generative AI development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Solid understanding of agentic and multi-agent architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, microservices, and Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Conversational AI, STT / TTS, and voice platform integrations.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience in the healthcare domain.
