Role Overview
:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant - AI with experience in healthcare/pharma analytics to lead AI-driven transformation programs and deliver scalable data science solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics projects for healthcare/pharma clients
- Develop and deploy machine learning models (predictive, descriptive, prescriptive)
- Perform advanced analytics and data-driven problem solving
- Work on use cases like field-force analytics, omnichannel analytics, marketing analytics, and Next Best Action (NBA)
- Build and support GenAI / LLM-based solutions and AI copilots
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering and cloud teams
- Drive client communication, stakeholder management, and regular status updates
- Contribute to solution design, proposals, and client presentations
- Ensure high-quality delivery, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts
Key Qualifications
:
- 6+ years proven track record of success in leading AI projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years minimum experience consulting with Healthcare/Pharma clients
- 1+ year in Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
- Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement the scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment.
- Travel to client locations (30%)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight and resource management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Education
:
- B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/Engineering) or MBA preferred
