Our India office in Ahmedabad manages key operational and client engagement functions, supporting UK-based individuals and businesses with their accounting, tax, and advisory requirements.
We are expanding our UK sales team and seeking enthusiastic professionals with strong communication skills and a clear UK or neutral accent to manage outbound client interactions and drive business growth.
Role Description
We are hiring a Senior AI Agentic Developer to build advanced autonomous agents and multi-agent systems using modern GenAI frameworks. You will architect agent workflows, integrate tools/APIs, implement RAG pipelines, and ensure high-quality, reliable agent execution. Cloud deployment experience is a surplus, not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows
- Build using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- Implement robust function-calling, tool registries, and API integrations
- Develop and optimise RAG pipelines using vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
- Apply structured reasoning patterns (plan execute reflect)
- Use advanced prompt engineering (CoT, few-shot, structured JSON outputs)
- Integrate and build tools using Google MCP and Google ADK
- Apply ML concepts for embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and grounding
- Ensure safe, reliable behavior with guardrails and validation steps
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to technical decisions
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (async programming, clean architecture)
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, embeddings, and tool-use
- RAG engineering experience and vector database knowledge
- Experience with Google MCP and Google ADK
- Understanding of ML fundamentals (embeddings, metrics, fine-tuning basics)
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong ability to write clean, production-ready code
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - surplus, not required
- Observability tools (LangSmith, MLflow, OpenTelemetry)
- Familiarity with business or accounting workflows (surplus)
