Description:
Are you passionate about building intelligent systems that make a meaningful impact We're hiring a Senior Agentic AI Developer to lead the development of production-grade autonomous agents and orchestration systems that redefine how large-scale ecosystems operatespanning fundraising, campaign optimization, donor engagement, and more.
You will play a foundational role in designing, deploying, and scaling AI agents that reason, plan, and act autonomously in complex, dynamic environments. This includes enabling long-term memory, peer-to-peer agent communication, and adaptive behavior at scale.
What You'll Do
Agent Architecture & Planning
- Design autonomous LLM-based agents capable of planning, reasoning, multi-step task decomposition, and real-time decision-making.
- Integrate agents with structured data, APIs, and conversation history for context-rich, personalized behaviors.
Multi-Agent Orchestration
- Build robust orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Google ADK, or CrewAI to manage distributed agent workflows.
- Implement agent-to-agent communication protocols via Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling intelligent task delegation and collaboration.
Infrastructure & Deployment
- Develop scalable microservice architectures using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to deploy autonomous agents in production.
- Ensure system reliability, observability, and real-time responsiveness in mission-critical applications.
Memory & Tooling Systems
- Architect vector and graph database integrations (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) to support agent memory and semantic recall.
- Build agent frameworks tailored to domain-specific tasks, integrating tools, APIs, and knowledge bases for high utility.
Evaluation & Governance
- Create automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation systems to measure agent performance, safety, and fairness.
- Integrate real-time guardrails, transparency features, and governance controls into agentic workflows.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years building AI/ML systems in production.
- Expert in LLM agentic frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, Pydantic AI, or LangChain.
- Proven ability to design and orchestrate multi-agent systems with advanced reasoning and planning capabilities.
- Skilled in Python and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in distributed microservices and systems architecture.
- Proficient with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB), knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Graphiti), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Familiar with Model Context Protocol (MCP), RESTful API integration, and real-time A2A interoperability.
- Strong background in agent safety, explainability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI development.
- Cloud-native deployment experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, fintech, or compliance-sensitive domains.
- Open-source contributions to agent frameworks or AI ecosystems.
- Knowledge of observability, fairness auditing, or differential privacy in AI systems.
- Proven results in deploying agent frameworks into real-world applications with measurable outcomes.
