Job Description

Senior Sales & Operation Executive (Call Center Monitoring & Training)- Business Development

Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in Telesales & 1 years of experience in Team Handling

Role : Work from Call Centre (Call Centre locations to travel): - Wilson Garden Bangalore - Banshankri Bangalore - Mathikere Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
  • Doing Daily call audits for team, Call Center and agents and making necessary reports on it.
  • Manage team and Call Centre performance, related to the assigned process.
  • To ensure all members of the team Call Centre are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
  • To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
  • To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.
  • Good in Analytics and strategies.
  • To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
  • Implementing sales strategies
  • Monitoring & Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
  • Setting weekly and monthly sales targets Compiling and presenting sales

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Should be Experience in telesales
  • Strong leadership and sales skills
  • Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is must
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to write and present reports
  • Strong organizational skills
