Looking for a Co-Founder to Build an Affiliate Marketing Agency | Next Best Ads

Next Best Ads is being built to move fast, generate revenue early, and scale through distribution not by waiting, pitching endlessly, or over-planning. We're looking to onboard a Co-Founder (Affiliate Growth Lead) who understands affiliate marketing at a deep, practical level and already has relationships that can be activated.

Who this is for

• You've worked inside the affiliate ecosystem for atleast 5+ years.
• You have 5+ years of experience in running CPI, CPR, CPT, CPL, CPR, CPA, mVas, etc., types of campaigns
• You have good understanding of postback integration and know how it works
• You've run real campaigns, managed real traffic, and dealt with real outcomes for atleast 5+ years.
• You likely already have relationships with affiliates or media buyers and you know how to turn those relationships into momentum.

This role is about building an engine, not running isolated campaigns.

What you'll own

• Affiliate acquisition and sales
• Campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
• Scouting for campaigns like CPI, CPR, CPA, CPT, CPL, CPR, CPA, mVas, etc.,
• Building systems, processes, and performance standards
• Driving early revenue and growth momentum

You won't be executing alone forever. Your job is to build what scales. We'll strategize together. Execution and outcomes will be yours to own.

Why now

We're also building a reward-based app (inspired by platforms like Task Bucks and Earn Karo, but designed very differently).

• This affiliate marketing agency will operate independently and also act as one of the monetization arm of the app.
• The app is planned for launch by March, and the goal is to have Next Best Ads operational before that.
• This creates a rare window to build an affiliate engine early, shape the ecosystem, and scale with leverage.
