Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and possess expertise in creating robust and scalable digital solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining AEM-based applications in front end and backend to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AEM solutions.
- Design and develop AEM components, experience fragments, templates, workflows, and custom modules.
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of AEM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementations.
- Work on AEM application development at front end and backend, as required.
- Stay updated on AEM best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Can work on Adobe analytics
Experience & Qualification:-
The successful candidate must have strong front end experience. This person needs to be comfortable having a voice in conversations and sharing recommendations to contribute to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as AEM Developer
- Proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience with hands on experience with AEM tool- V6.1 and above
- 5+ years of strong developement experience with AEM Front End Module Integrations and working on tools like: React JS along with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript, Maven, Cypress.
- 5+ years strong development experience working with backend development and AEM team, creating Adobe Forms and Fragments and with AEM-related technologies such as Apache, Sling Models, OSGi, Jackrabbit, Editable templates and Adobe Cloud Services.
- Strong Experience with Java, Javascript, React JS
- Experience of AEM core concepts, including components, templates, workflows, tagging and DAM.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics which includes data layering, tracking, page loading, click events
- Strong communication, ability to share recommendations and contribute to the team

- Practical exposure and/or experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud such as Target, Analytics, Campaigns, Audience Manager and AEM as a cloud service
