This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lawyer specializing in litigations. The candidate will handle legal cases, provide legal advice, prepare documentation, manage case files across various courts, and represent clients in legal proceedings. Responsibilities also include negotiation, analyzing legal issues, strategizing litigation approaches, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Experience in Law and Legal Issues
• Ability to provide Legal Advice and navigate Courts
• Proficiency in Negotiation and strategies for dispute resolution
• Strong understanding of case research, drafting, and document preparation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines under pressure
• LLB or equivalent degree; Bar Council registration is preferred
• Prior experience in litigation and court proceedings is advantageous
