The Sourcing Centre of Expertise as an integral part of the Recruitment Shared Service and supports the AtkinsRéalis Global business in all aspects of Talent acquisition and candidate selection. We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Talent Sourcing to join our Bangalore based HR Centre. They will be working in partnership with Global Recruitment Teams to create talent pools (talent communities) and identify candidates for engineering and related technical positions for geographies spanning Canada.

Your role

  • Create, maintain and strengthen contact with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within AtkinsRéalis core engineering skill sets for Canada region.
  • Act as a CRM subject matter expert to engage and mentor sourcing team members.
  • Utilise creative sourcing approaches, experience in X-ray searches, search engine optimization, social sourcing, and Boolean strings.
  • Lead the development of meaningful talent pools that fulfil business needs, as defined by regional / business specific recruitment plans.
  • Ensure data integrity in maintaining records in our ATS/CRM and maintain high data integrity.
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements.
  • Provide value-add sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and persuade talent decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices with the larger sourcing team.

About you

  • At least 8 years of working experience in similar industry and prior experience in recruiting for Design and Engineering is a plus.
  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Prior experience sourcing/recruiting for Canadian market is an added advantage.
  • Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions.
  • Ability to build talent maps, pools and talent market reports.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines or hiring targets.
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
  • Ability to source across different engineering roles for different business practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across global geographies.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and knowledge of using recruitment databases.
  • Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
