Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant

We are seeking a Senior AEP Technical Consultant (Adobe Experience Platform & AJO) for a contract, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The consultant will help clients implement and customize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, manage end-to-end technical support for projects, and troubleshoot technical challenges. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing expert consulting, and ensuring the successful delivery of actionable insights using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Expertise in Consulting and tailoring Adobe AEP and AJO strategies to meet client-specific requirements.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and effectively troubleshooting complex technical issues in Adobe platforms.
• Experience coordinating with Sales teams to align technical and business goals, while delivering value to clients.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, AJO, data integration, and customer data platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies would be an advantage.
