Senior Admissions Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The responsibilities include guiding students and families through educational counseling and providing solutions tailored to individual study abroad goals. You will assist in the admissions process, manage student inquiries, and support them in understanding application procedures, visa documentation, and program selection. Additionally, this role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with students to ensure a seamless experience.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging effectively with students and stakeholders
• Customer Service and Sales experience to build relationships and achieve student satisfaction
• Knowledge of the education sector and processes around international admissions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Proficient in organizing and managing tasks efficiently
• Relevant certifications or experience in counseling or education services are an added advantage
