Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable online programs. The role involves handling inbound/outbound leads, counseling students, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in EdTech or online education sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing leads handling.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Performance Expectations:
  • Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
  • Maintain high lead conversion ratio.
  • Ensure quality student experience throughout the admission process.
