Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable online programs. The role involves handling inbound/outbound leads, counseling students, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
