Job Title: Tele Counselor (Admissions)
Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, admissions, and university offerings
- Handle inbound inquiries and guide students through the admission process
- Counsel students regarding program selection based on their interests and career goals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student data in CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and monthly admission targets
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into admissions
- Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students
- Stay updated on university programs, admission criteria, and policies
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with good communication skills)
- 1–6 years of experience in tele counseling / admission counseling / sales (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and pressure targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EdTech or university admissions
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Salary - 20k to 32,500k (Free Transportation & Incentives )
