This is a full-time hybrid role as an Admission Counselor, based in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work. The Admission Counselor will provide individualized guidance to prospective students and their families, ensuring a seamless admissions process. Responsibilities include advising students on educational opportunities, assisting with applications, addressing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also involves representing UniVisory with professionalism and supporting sales efforts to increase enrollment.

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Experience in customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales to advise students on educational programs and services.
• Familiarity with the education sector and a commitment to guiding students through the admissions process.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
