Role Description

The Senior Admissions Counselor - Sales will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and achieving enrollment goals. Responsibilities will include communicating with potential applicants, delivering information about programs and services, providing personalized counseling, and managing the end-to-end admissions process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a sales-driven approach to meet organizational targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and stakeholders
  • Customer Service experience to provide high-quality assistance throughout the admissions process
  • Sales skills with the ability to achieve enrollment targets and drive revenue growth
  • Knowledge and experience in the Education sector are highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; advanced education is a plus
