Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, based in Meerut. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, offering personalized advice, and assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their education and career pathways. The Senior Admissions Counselor will establish and maintain strong relationships with students and families, provide exceptional customer service, and support sales and enrollment growth for the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for prospective students
- Experience in Sales and the ability to guide students in making choices aligned with their goals
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector to provide relevant and informed guidance
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools related to admissions and administration
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
